3. Limited User Content Permissions (UGC Allowances)

To encourage healthy cultural discussion and transformative engagement, we allow specific uses of limited portions of our content.

Users may create:

  • TikTok stitches (using up to 5 seconds of the teaser)

  • TikTok duets

  • Commentary or review videos

  • Screenshots accompanied by commentary

  • Aesthetic edits using screenshots (non-derivative, non-artistic reinterpretations)

  • Journalistic or critical reporting using up to 10 seconds of footage

These uses must:

  • include commentary, reaction, or analysis

  • credit the original work (e.g., “From MySpellSong.com”)

  • not distort or misrepresent the content

  • not recreate or re-edit our footage

  • not include extended scenes

  • not be monetized independently

⚠ Allowed With Limit (Up to 10 Seconds)

Users may include up to 10 seconds of the teaser in:

  • aesthetic compilations

  • film analysis breakdowns

  • educational or spiritual discussions

  • moodboard-style content

Only if:

  • the clip is not altered beyond formatting

  • the clip is not remixed or cut differently

  • credit is provided

  • use is non-commercial

❌ Not Permitted

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • full re-uploads of the teaser

  • re-editing, remixing, or rearranging clips

  • removing our audio or replacing the sound

  • creating “fan edits” using original footage

  • generating AI derivative content based on our imagery

  • using frames or sequences to produce new artwork

  • training or fine-tuning AI models on our visuals

  • including more than 10 seconds of footage in compilations

  • commercial use of the teaser or its elements

We reserve the right to request removal of content that violates these restrictions.

4. Digital Goods

Digital products offered through this website or third-party platforms (such as Gumroad) are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise noted.

All sales are generally final, subject to the policies of the platform used for purchase.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • bypass or disable security features
