3. What Happens After You Submit a Notice

The user may respond with a counter-notice if they believe the takedown was incorrect.
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a DMCA counter-notice that includes:
Identification of the removed content and its prior location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to U.S. federal court jurisdiction in your district.
Your name, address, phone number, and your signature.

5. Repeat Infringers

Duets (side-by-side reactions or commentary)
Please keep the original teaser unaltered.
Can I make fan edits or remixes using the teaser?
No.
You may not:
re-edit the teaser
change the pacing
remix the footage
add new music
splice scenes
create new story edits
This protects the meaning, timing, and emotional arc of the original.
Can I use screenshots from the teaser?
Yes — with care.
You may use screenshots for:
commentary
symbolism explanation
moodboards
aesthetic posts
color analysis
You may not create derivative art based on screenshot frames (such as tracing, repainting, or AI-generated transformations).
Can I put My Spell clips in a compilation video?
Yes — within limits.
You may include up to 10 seconds total in:
cinematic compilations
“beautiful shots” videos
thematic montages

distort the audio

Can I monetize a video that includes My Spell footage?
