Recognition 4

Recognitions 1 - 7

I can continue discovering what is true for me.

What do I love? What comes naturally to me? What makes me feel most like myself?

And what might be keeping me from living more fully as that person?

Perhaps there are fears, beliefs, habits, or expectations I've gathered over the years without realizing how much they affect my choices.

What if some of these things no longer belong in the life I want to live?

But first, I have to recognize them. How can I let go of something I don't even know I'm carrying?

I can follow the moonbeams of curiosity, imagination, play, prayer, and mystery—even into places within myself that I may have been afraid to explore.

Discovering who I really am means being willing to see both the wonderful possibilities and the things that may be holding me back—even things I'd rather not face.

I don't have to know all the answers before I begin. I only have to be willing to discover.

THE SWITCH: I recognize that I can make choices. I can question old patterns, take action, and begin doing things differently.
